F430 at Monza

Supposedly, a dealer in say NY is not allowed to sell me a car unless I have a local address. This is Ferrari's way of preventing speculation and dealers are penalized (lose allocations) for not following this. I'm saying this happens all the time, but it's Ferrari's policy. I'm not sure how it works with someone in North Miami where The Collection and Shelton are equidistant. Also, dealers allocation is being bumped up by the number of Maseratis they sell.

The funny thing is that Ferrari has not even announced to its dealers in the US that the car even exists. My good friend owns LakeForest Sprots Cars in Illinois and we all know it is out on the roads without disguise, but they dont even admit it to their dealers yet.
anyone have any thoughts on price?
