Do these retrofit sensors work with Turbo Twist hollow spoke rims? I've run over 2 nails in 4 weeks, and think it's time to add some TPMS too.

We have two systems, the Hella and the Orange Electric. I use the Hella system in my F-150 and it works excellent.

I have the smatire system and it works fine. I've had the sensors on bbs racing wheels, 04' GT2 wheels, and stock twists. Nice to be able to monitor and see temps. Hi temp and pressure warning programmable.

jeff
I called BBS and they said it will not due to the unique design of the chamber in the wheel. Sorry.

So today I almost wasted another tire again. Good thing I checked but I was down to 10psi. I'm getting really serious about this TPMS. I know that the HELLA won't work but has anyone had any luck with the Orange Electronic on the Hollow Turbo Twists?

Daman posted above that it would not work. Are there any TPMS that will (anyone?)?

Thanks.

I track the turbo twists and they are super strong, so I don't want to change that (plus I already own them...).

This vendor claims it will work with the 911. Looks like Tony has the same system.
