I'll try and get Steve @ Suncoast to post up the pricing info. I omitted it because we're a wholesale account there, and I figure this post may be brought up in the future so pricing may change.
Man this is a GREAT writeup and one for my archives... I haven't replaced my damaged front bumper with the OEM unit I bought last October yet, but I may just replace it with a GT2 unit instead and just order the "other parts" in the list...

Awesome pictures and writeup, sorry I couldn't see it this weekend! There were a few headaches along the way, but they were remedied with liberal applications of overnight shipping, haha.
As far as pricing goes, it's a bit more involved than say, a 997 GT3 front bumper conversion for the 7 guys. You'd be looking at $7.5-8K or so for all the parts listed above. But then again, Wes had to get stuff like the $700+ carbon fiber upper air grille

While looking on Porsche PET, i found that these numbers seem to be for the left and right radiators them selves.

First of all, thanks for a nice write-up and parts list, incl non OEM parts. I just did half of the conversion (= prepped the car), the GT2 bumper itself is out for paint right now.
The hardest part of the car-prep job is to reach the oem hoseclamps that sit a bit in along the coolant hose next to the frame at the "rear end" of the original TT coolant hoses.
Best way to re-attach these once the new hoses are mocked up, is to completely remove the center radiator, this leaves good room to work. Also a hint, use the NEW hoses at the back, and the old ones to connect back into the center radiator, as the new ones will most likely be softer/more flexible and slide on easier onto the coolant lines coming from the back off the car, something that can otherwise be very difficult.

These are the same as Turbo, however the Turbo ones seem glued onto the TT bumper skin and can be a mess to take off without breaking. Pretty cheap parts though.
Now to my question:
- Regarding the center retain strip that sits up at the hood latch: Did you use the same one as you had from 996TT, or did you get the 996 GT2 version? (I don't see it listed so I assume you kept the 996TT version)
They have different part numbers, I just don't know if its a big enough difference to be needing to change this out. (part number for GT2 - 996 505 531 30, part no for 996TT is 996 505 531 01) My reason to change this would be if the GT2 one better aligns with the inside air duct, the 996TT seems a bit "short" to fill the whole area under the GT2 vent/grille.
Otherwise, could anyone with a true GT2 take a snapshot with the hood open, down on the latch and the GT2 bumper top grille/vent, that way easier to see the view down the vent. With the 996TT strip it looks like there will be a lot of "crap" visible, like AC hoses and stuff, but who knows, maybe the GT2 is just as bad.

Headlight Trim Gasket (right) 996 505 742 30? Mine is all finished except these pieces and its irritating me as it makes the car look unfinished. Suncoast said the parts didnt exist when I called them. Also, do your headlights almost touch the bumper? Seems much closer then the stock bumper. As for your question above, are you referring to the new vent that fits on the back of the center radiator? If so on my car it comes all the way up and fits around the new center grill exit.

Those gaskets you can find on Pelicanparts, don't know if they'll say it's backordered but they def exist. I know the light position vs the bumpers is a little bit different from the 996TT, the GT2 has a slight bit longer cutout so to say. Will get my bumper back later this week, will know more when I start getting that in place.
