BlackHorseTurbo - heard you got a new file from Softronic flashed on your K24/18G and should make you the fastest Tip out there with these turbos???? Trumor or reality!

I don't know Dan, I really haven't played with the car lately. Scott and I have tweaked the tune a little. I'm just tinkering really. Looking forward to hanging with the guys tomorrow for some good fun and bonding. I'm not real competitive. We'll see.

Without the internal build and the torque converter, how much faster can a Tip gets, right?

Isn't this no different than a 6 Speed? If you think about it, unless your dragging, the tranny should hold plenty of power on a highway roll.

Personally, I wouldn't push over 700/750 crank on a Tip. Clutches are far cheaper than the Auto Tip.
