When you call you up to Vivid, you get to talk to this guy

Entrepreneur Startups Magazine did a feature on Vivid Racing in their Spring 2009 (March 10 release) issue. This magazine is really about information for those looking to start a new company. Writer Laura Tiffany did a great article about “5 things every startup should know” from the point of view of Vivid Racing Co-Owners, Rob Rohn and Dan Mermelstein. From our earlier October 2007 feature in Entreprenuer Magazine about our Bullrun Rally marketing moves, this new article was a great opportunity for us to continue sharing our experience. We appreciate everyone person, employee, and customer that has helped us get where we are today. You can find this issue in Newstands everywhere, Barnes & Noble, or Borders.

Good customer service is a part of #2 and I would agree, they do have good customer service. Good job Dan and partner in spite of your off-putting pose.
