I need to find a fire extinguisher mount for my heated sports seats? anybody have any info and pics of it installed? part #'s and price would be great!

Make sure it works with heated seats. If so, I have one that I can sell you. I used it on my non-heated seats.

 

I'm in the same boat. Damn NY region PCA requirements.

 

I think Sharkwerks sells something like that.

 

The BK works well.

 

I have that one mounted under the passenger seat...tucks away well under the passengers legs and is not in the way. I use the 2.5 pound Halon extinguisher with it.

Haha... actually I sent a kit out to Mike for his car at EVO a while back and that's exactly what he did to it

 

Painted to match and carbon fiber are both great ideas...thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys! I'll check out Brey Krause anyone with it installed on sport seats? any pics?.........Sharky will that mount work with my sport seats? if so how much for just the bracket? any other manufactures? I saw one on rennline site looks simular to BK.

 

Are you guys buying the Haletron or the Halon charged extinguishers? I know that a lot of the companies are going to the Haletron because of environmental issues....but the fact remains that FAA still requires HALON to be carried in all commerical aircraft...why....? Because it works the best that's why. At 10,000 feet you want something that works NOW!
