Skinny White Dude Racing XXX Kit Update!
I've had it a year ago... ask Todd he will shoot you a file...
K24s hot sides are small.... Powell is probably maxing out the turbos... just like the 20gs in a K24 housing...
I still believe that a true .82 A/R etc. is the way to go ... ironically Powell discovered how straight thru exhaust makes a difference.. and that is why he is breathing so well up on top with the K24 hotside... many guys make the mistake of running 200 cell cats trying to make 600 rwhp.... most exhaust systems out there do restrtict airflow...
here is what im working on... X design 3 inch exhaust...
great job Powell... you did it on your own...

One of my dealers in WA ( http://addictmotorsports.com/contact.html )
just completed fairly extensive back to back testing of the "X" style design vs a single 3 inch cross with no merge.
The single 3 inch made measurable amounts more power. I was never convinced that the "X" would be more free flowing....
(BTW - These exhaust are available through AMD directly. )

I hear Tony has had brake boosting done in the ME7.X style computers since 2001
I'm using a Clutchmasters single disk clutch. My tires are 19" 315 PS2's. The car has 19s all the way around so when I do launch harder it spins the tires really bad. My 1.9 60ft was riding the clutch out.

No new 60-130 yet. I love the dragstrip because it really shows the car and drivers potential. 60-130 has less factors and really favors better geared cars. Plus things like the slope of the road can skew numbers sometimes in their own favor. I own a Driftbox so I will try to get some numbers this weekend since it will be in the low 50s. We'll see how she does!!

Coolness. I agree to a point. Dragstrip has too many variables you have no control over, although it is a controlled enviroment. MPH at the track is a true testament to HP, ET is dictated by driver, wind, traction etc...
60-130 can only be screwed up by shifting and sometimes traction, like when it's 50deg's out!!!

Good luck and have fun guys. Our track doesn't open here for another month...

Plus with only 2 mufflers that thing must sound like a tractor... ( like my car)... lol Or do I see another set right after the turbo? or is that a Cat?
here is my original set up on my car that ran 4.59 60 to 130.
Im planning on running another 60 to 130 with a1/4 mile... if it holds up as good as I think then I don't see anything wrong with it.... if it doesn't choke up on 900+ rwhp then I think it will on 500 rwhp...

and if we are talking about pure HP then why not just do what I did long time ago.... gutted 100 cell cats.... straight pipes...

Yes, it runs large "Burns style" mufflers right after the turbo, then into the smaller ones you see pictured. The sound is AMAZING with the banks combined and I am VERY happy with it! I had a few different exhaust systems on my car over the years and nothing compares to this. The key to get these cars sounding good is have the banks together. Power was slightly down from the 70mm (no cats) convential style muffler setup before but well, well worth the sound.

That exhaust looks familiar
