Doing 24/18g !! :)
The turbos are going to Blouch for a conversion and laser balancing and possibly new cartridges if necessary. In the meantime I'm doing all fluids and new plugs, real 5 BAR FPR (not a crushed 4 bar) and getting an H&R rear sway bar for good measure.
I'm also temporarily removing the front driveshaft for some dyno tuning.
After speaking with many great tuners I have picked a secret local tuner to custom tune both 91 octane and race gas files on a new Hitachi MAF. No EBC.
I kinda expect the clutch to go pretty quick. Even though I'm pretty nice to it, it has almost 28K miles and is feeling a bit soft.
Needless to say I am excited. Hopefully, in about two weeks I'll have some dyno results.
In the meantine you can see my current results below on pump gas with factory K24s. http://members.dslextreme.com/users/...11%20Turbo.jpg

I would recommend that you do the clutch now while you're getting everything done. It'll save you money in the long run. Thinking about doing 24/18s as well. Stock clutch just went out with EPL's flash and will probably do a clutch and some turbos at the same time. Looking forward to seeing your results!

Do the injectors!! Seriously, unless you are going to run race gas all the time, do the injectors. Your existing setup is probably near the limit of the stock fuel system.

I have wrestled with this a lot.
Let's see what the injector duty cycle end up at.
The biggest issue is that any more flow will require an auxiliary in-tank fuel pump. Between the injectors and fuel pump. that's another $2,000 at least in labor and materials.
I have a baby due in May and will probably need a clutch very soon.

I went from k24's with Giac tune to 24/18's and Protomotive. What a world of difference in the power. You will love it. I originaly went in just to replace place the clucth (stage 2 gt2) and came out with the k24/18's and an IPD plenum. Hope you take the advice of others and go with an clucth upgrade with your new found toy and the power or it wont be long before you go back to the shop

I went from a flashed K16 to Proto's K24/18g. WOW, huge night and day difference. I did my clutch at the same time on advice from members of our forum. I went a little overkill and got the ATS triple carbon clutch. I didn't do injectors either, just a 5 bar. She drives just like stock, that is until you drop the hammer then hold on.
