Ripped off some clear bra and found great paint

My bumper cover and hood had a lot of streaks as did the headlight covers... So during a detailing session yesterday I decided F'it, and pulled the stuff off... MAN that stuff was due to be replaced... Since I'm thinking about wrapping the car, or having it repainted and then wrapped, I decided to see what I'm looking at...

No pics, so don't get excited... No sooner than I finished, the pollin set in and the black car turned green as soon as I pulled it outside... It was HORRIBLE... Still, it looks GREAT when wiped down...

Decisions, decisions... Guess I'll have to go talk to a paint guy and see what's what...

Alex Mini is infamous around these parts
Big OUCH. You should not paint your car a different color that car was when you bought it. It just doesn't look right. It is a crime to repaint a nice car. What kind do you have?

Er, Um... What the heck???

I'm not repainting the car a different color. In order to change the color of this car, one would have to pull all of the interior, all of the driveline, suspension, brakes, and wiring, and then when one had a tub, a proper spray could be done... I have no interest in doing that.

It'll be repainted in Basalt BLACK as it came from the factory in, to fix the paint chips from many track days, and then I may have the paint wrapped in a vinyl clear or vinyl graphic design... OR I may just wrap it in black.

Where in my first post did you ever think I'd change the color?
