Why I went with 16/16g's over 24/18g's

I think I'm lucky in that I really don't know anyone local with a 996TT around here, so I can't be easily tainted by 18G's !
I thought about this for a long time. Most of my summer driving is in a S2000, so when I jump in the TT, it already feels wicked fast in comparison. I never really get used to it, so it's like a new car every time I get in it. Plus, if I did do the 18G's right now, I might not have a power adder to look forward to.
Furthermore, I've ridden sportbikes since the 70's, and still have a Hayabusa based sportbike, so if I really want to satisfy the power junkie, all I have to do is turn the right wrist.
I think taking the small step makes the most sense to me right now.

I may be strange, but I like spacing my mods out, especially power mods, so that just about the time the car starts to lose some of its novelty, I can ramp it up. More costly this way for sure, but not really for me, since it means I'm not buying cars as often. I plan to go the 16g route, and then perhaps a few years later go k24/18.
Very nice, and really quick. Motorcycles have gotten smaller and smaller over the years.... unfortunately, I've gone the other way.
I used to have GSX-R's and lately a Hayabusa, but just got tired of sitting on my package, all bent up, wrists and knees are just getting too stiff.
The B-King has all the power a sane person would ever need, and you can ride all day and still walk upright at night.

I hear ya. My '01 GSX-R1000 was demoted 2 years ago to dragbike only. No more street riding it anymore. Back and wrists...not 20 anymore I guess...
