The only reason of the power dip is boost is falling. The wastegates need to be adjusted to hold 1.4 solid to red line.

Boost taper sucks. I am about to battle it in the EVO. Hopefully a 3 port GM solenoid helps out.

Cant the man enjoy his car at 625 wheel hps for a while before we turn it up to 700+ .
Ill be out of the country for a few weeks, shortly after I return, we'll be taking this car to the track!

AWESOME torque curve. As KPG said, the hp curve looks a little different, but sounds like Tony already knows why, so cool. I think that is pretty close to the limits of what stock internals can take, hope you never run out of water/meth.
