can someone post photo of bottom of engine? I think I removed wrong oil drain plugs
Right, if you have anything in your oil why chance pumping it back up through the engine. Pull the plug and let it drain...might take a little longer, but...
Porsche is the only car that i know everyone says do it when its hot, thought it would be so you can check the oil level since there is not dipstick, at least on the TT, and only way to check it is by on board computer when the car is at operating temp.
Ok, I'll ask...why would you need to check it (hot or otherwise) if you are gonna drain it? It drains faster hot, and there are 3-4 places you can drain from and cold, thick oil can hide in crevices...
