driving without my plastic cast(stroke guy)
well it's been5 months and a few days since my stroke(my tuner said i simply over boosted) the left arm is still weak but very useable (can even cut my meat) i know it does not seem like much but you have no left side movement it a great thing!!sooo now i can drive the p car without fear of stalling (bad foot &lwf)
things looked like my clutch days were done, but it's back....still have the limpbut not as bad and don't even think about the cain anymore... anyway looks like their if life after a stroke. now if my irs audit comes out ok. on tuesday(my account sez they may owe me $$$) thing will be somewhat roseie only have to worry about this stroke thing and surviving this slow down in biss. after 30 years of selling shirts and stuff think i'd quite worring...
my spell check is still not hooked up can u tell??

That is awesome Steve! Glad to hear your progress! I hope you get some $$$ from the IRS. That will show them how much of a waste an audit is! I bet most people have to pay more, so that would be great!
Similar story, but i dropped my Monster and got badly injured. Couldnt use my left foot for couple month. Had to deal with this stupid smg in M5. No skydiving, no racetrack, no gokarts and of course no motorcycles. Thanx God i am back to life now. I know what u went through.

Glad to hear that you are coming back. It's been nice to see you hang in there and make progress over the last five months.

Absolutely! Steve, I've been reading with great empathy since it happened and it's amazing how quickly you're recovering. I'm so happy for you and even though they're just cars and this is just the internet, I can't help feel that your Porsche and this community here has helped along the way. Keep it up, you're proving to your doctors (and us) that you really are the man of steel, where do you hang the cape when you drive?
