There was in fact a PSB for the rattles on 01 and some 02 cars. That said, they were in fact supposed to be fixed on mid 02-present cars. My cars dash creaked like crazy. The dealership did fix it and it stopped, that was three weeks ago. The dash now rattles again and is worse than before.
