Browsing the web, then, SURPRISE!
So, I was just surfing the net during a slow moment at the office. Munching away on my chicken caesar salad wrap. I figured I would visit the website of the place that my car was tuned before I bought it. Some place called PES Tuning, in PA. Matt also had his 996TT tuned there. I guess they're a sponsor on 6speedonline.com, which is what prompted me to check out their website. I was told by the previous owner of my car that MANY of the mods my car has came from there. I recall visiting their website back in January when I bought the vehicle, and not thinking much of it. So today, I pop on the site, and they've got a new design. Looks much better than before! So I am poking around, checking out what things are available for my car. I click on the Porsche section. Then 911. Then 2001-2006 996 TWIN. Checking out this and that. Sadly, the Stage-2 package my car has isn't available anymore I guess? They only have 1 package listed, and it's not as bonkers as the one I have. Disappointed I am, so I decide to check out the photo gallery. I click Photo-Gallery, on the right. You can see 3 pictures. The first one is my rims. Only, mine are paint matched, and look much sexier. The 2nd picture is a silver n/a 997. Boring, everyone has one of those. Then I see picture #3. Wait what?! I instantly click! Low and behold....It's my car!

Did you modify your car at all or did you guy it like that? Just needs a nice turbo upgrade.
I grew up in Boston area. Weston to be exact. I miss that place...especially dunkin donuts!
I Think what ari was referring to was the boring Silver car - pointing out that it's a 997 GT3. Saying - silver 997 - yeah may be boring - but silver 997 GT3 - not so much...
As far as bigger turbos, like K24's or whatever. It seems pretty unnecessary. The car is full stage 2 and making 520HP already on K16's. It doesn't need any more power. It's making solid 1.0 bar all day and night every time you touch the gas, and even 1.1 bar at times, and is just violently fast. I can't imagine any more power. I've never been in a faster TT, so maybe once someone takes me out in one I will understand. For now, it's plenty ample!
