Robert Farago is a very entertaining writer. I like his style. The review on the 911 turbo is funny too. Right on the money.

had the opportunity to drive a CGT this past weekend at 0700, west of Asheville, NC on a deserted highway. The car is absolutely rock solid planted no matter what the inputs are. The car is blindingly fast. The throttle response is on the time frame of nerve impulse speed. No matter the speedo, push the throttle and feel the G's. The shifter position is very comfortable. Head room and visibility is better than I was lead to believe. Steering and braking are precise and brisk. Most reassuring was the clutch, which wasn't nearly as stiff or as hard to shift into first as I had been lead to believe by other's accounts. It is fun to get into and out of the driver's seat (who cares, really). But watch out for the head, it can be bonked. (Now I understand why the Ford GT-40 had the cut out in the roof connected to the doors.)

Whatta ride.

Agree -- I wasn't familiar with his writing, or thetruthaboutcars.com, but I will check him out in future.
