I had the 30 K service done on my 05 Turbo S about 2 months ago - total was about $1850 at the dealer(car is still under factory warranty). They did plugs, filters, oil change, wiper blades etc. They did not do coil packs - not required at 30K.

Since you have a GT700 you might consider using a cooler plug than the stock plug. Maybe like a Denso Double Platinum. I upgraded coils too but I dont think that is mandatory.

You do know that (a) you got screwed, and (b) you can have maintenance done anywhere, or do it yourself, and not loose warranty coverage...

It does sound awfully excessive for plugs, fluids, filters, bolt checks, etc. For that price, I'd like tires and a new drive belt too.

If you have not done already. I would replace coils too with at least OEM units.

I guess you've got to remember that with auto sales down, the service departments are expected to pick up as much slack as they can....I won't let my wife take the car in for service....the service rep alwyas ends up talking her into a bunch of extra crap that's absolutely not called for. One time she came back with an estimate of $680 for "recommended service" and I hot footed it down to the dealership, grabbed the service manager and came back with an estimate of $140....which they ended up doing. $1850 for what you got was (being politically sensitive here)...just a tad bit on the high side.
