Procedure for pulling type 1 and type 2 overrevs?

Can anyone post the procedure on how to pull codes for type 1 and 2 overrevs on the porsche data unit?

which unit? when you plug in you should just request ECU info. Here is what the screen looks like for durametric

I'm not positive which unit my mechanic has, but I believe it is durametric.

What are the other possible units and procedures?

The other possible devices are all Porsche tools...PST2 and PIWIS and if he knows anything about these getting the revs is easy.
