Thanks for the quick reply. I think I found the answer. Pentosin still goes in the engine, and the DOT4 stuff goes in the front hood. Do I have this right?

That is correct. The Pentosin still goes in the back for your power steering fluid. The clutch reservoir up front is now filled with brake fluid, and the kit comes with the proper cap to show this.

How does the gt2 conversion compare to a bad accumulator in terms of a heavy clutch?

After I did the GT2 slave conversion, I realized that my accumulator had been bad since I bought the car 4 years ago. The GT2 mod actually made the clutch easier to press. So, it depends on the type of failure you are experiencing in your accumulator.

Effort is less than an accumulator-less Turbo. The piston sizes in the GT2 master and slave are sized appropriately so a human can depress the clutch without the assist of the hydraulic pump.
