cpo drove my car withouy my permission

Hello,
I 'm from belgium and had a problem with my 996 x 50 turbo . The last weeks I noticed a "whining" noise from the back of my car and when I pressed the clucth the noise dissapeared for a moment. Told this to the cpo (have an extended porsche warranty) and they said to bring it in . They would fix it. Last tuesday they called me to pick up my car because it was fixed and I had to go to pick it up asap because they had to much cars . I told them that I could come today ( to much work). I thouht case closed but they have done my car to someone else , because friday at 7 am some one drove my car for 15 km and he forgot to push my secret anti theft button. I got a call from security company. I told the cpo that i got a call from the security company and they told me because it was some mecanik that placed the car outside. My cpo is lying to me and don't thrust them anymore. To make things wurst, the wining sound isn't repaired. Stupid people. What do I have to do ?

Laws vary greatly, but if it were here in the US, I'd be giving them a HUGE piece of my mind, see what they have to say and maybe have a lawyer friend give the service manager a call depending on what the outcome was.

That is a very shady deal, and you should probably get something out of it, 15km, that isn't exactly around the building and back.... Talk to them again and tell them you have proof and all of that, and a lawyer..

The whining sound is a bad clutch accumulator. Very common issue and easy fix.

The Joy ride thing is not cool in my book. Don't know what you can do about it.

The whining is the power steering reservoir... there is a Porsche Technical Service Bulletin on this (TSB). Known issue. When it gets hot, the valve vibrates and sounds like a whistle. WHen you press the clutch in it releases the pressure and wistle stops.

This is a fire hazard. Get it fixed.

You should have said the car was stolen. THAT would have got their attention!

Still, 10 miles (15km) to warm it up and replicate the complaint isn't totally unreasonable... next time take the mechanic with you to replicate it, when he agrees, say "Great, fix it and you do not have permission to operate the car off the dealer premises"...

How is the tech going to verify the noise if he can't drive it? Unless the noise is heard at idle, if not tech will need to verify the noise and then drive it again to make sure he fixed the problem. In your case, you have the right to get pissed because it wasn't fixed.

thanks, guys for the replies.
I made up my mind and I won't go anymore to them. Because I ' m doing business with a lot of people and for my lying is a very bad thing. I take my car to the cpo because of not to get involved in such stupid things. Because tuesday they call me to pick up my car and friday at 7 am they are doing a test drive . That is not normal.
