Genuine TechArt AeroKit GT Street Kit re-released!
Hey folks, over the years there's no doubt that TechArt has really set the stage as far as their Aerokits on the 996TT is concerned. We've been lucky enough to build a few cars (going back as far as Fred's old 996TT!) with the GT Street kit. A couple of shots below...
And another car we did (also in silver):
And just a type II bumper in black:
So what's changed and why the re-release? Well over the years it's been hard seeing a lot of companies making knock-off parts and general copies of the original at a fraction of the cost. TechArt has now actually addressed that and _all_ of the parts for this aerokit have been re-SKU'd and priced with this re-into so to speak. So it'll still look as good as the original but actually _be_ the original
For those interested feel free to Email myself or Dan and check out the Aerodynamic section for the 996TT here:

Alex... you realize that's my old 996TT you're driving around in so I do have some SWAY as to what to do on the tail, right? Your GT2 front would be _perfect_ with the Type II (non GTS):

Nice to see Techart readjusting their prices... I wonder what's changed? More efficient manufacturing, Cheaper materials or are they content lowering their margins to compete with the replica kits out there.... regardless still around 12,800 or so for the complete kit (I believe it was over $20K before the adjustment)... I remember the wing going for around $7000 or so... now priced at $2999 which is over a 50% discount Regardless... kudos to Techart and Sharkwerks for the price adjustment....

I'm with you Powell... some of the TechArt 996TT's are hard to beat!
Cheers!
I hear you! It's a great price....
Nothing's changed other than the price/market I think so it's the same TechArt stuff just much more affordable
Cheers!
