Anyone know if EPL offers a cable to load a file at home? I just upgraded to 72 pound injectors/5 bar and need to get a new file in before driving it. Was told I could drive it to the local EPL dealer for a flash with new injectors on old file, but thats not the case Hopefully didnt foul all my plugs.....

 

Yes Tony should be able to get you the cable. One of the reasons I like working with Tony is this feature.

You can borrow mine if you need, I can overnight it to you. I wont need it for a couple weeks. Its at my shop and sure they could get it out if Tony doesnt have one.

 

Flash 68, I noticed you have Tail A28 turbo's, how do you like them, I'm looking to upgrade and it seems to have a positive response?? Was the work completed by EPL?cost?

Believe it or not I drove a car in that configuration (60lb file and 72's + 5 bar) less then a week ago. Although it didn't run perfect, it did drive the car with out loading up and fouling plugs.

Are you sure the install went smooth? I'd look back to make sure you don't have any air leaks and make sure that the vac line is on the fpr.

We are awaiting a shipment of cables early this week. I will add your name to the list.

 

Car idled ok but loaded up when driving. Yes, hose is on tight, checked for leaks.

Can another EPL cable work or are they car specific?

I do, and they have amazing low end power in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears... I need to address some other mods to support their power potential... hopefully I will be doing that soon.

Bought from EPL, installed locally here in NorCal. I have a couple different techs I have do work on my car.
