997 Turbo? (questions)

I was just wondering, what Turbos will the 997 Turbo use (K16 or K24?) and will it be a 3.8 or 3.6 l engine?

Here's a best guess from all of the recent articles: 3.8L with 490+ hp, 19" wheel with a new twist on the turbo twist, keeping the AWD, DSG (direct shift gearbox), PASM active suspension management, PSM stability management (possibly a track setting that allows greater slip with less aggressive throttle cut and remove the ocsnl miscut with heel toeing), PCCB II option, a seat that is slightly more comfortable than the GT-3 seat that still folds, upgraded Bose stereo, lighter hood and trunk (aluminum vs CF), larger front intakes with larger ducts and ducting to the front brakes and scoop for rear rotors, and release in mid 2005.

400 bhp 3.8L based off the Carrera S, central rear exhaust, bigger rear wing, extensive CF in the body, lower front lip, PCCB II, and a club sport package with roll cage, harnesses, and extinguisher.

Porsche Excellence had it as a 3.8 with K24s as the stock platform along with an agressive new transmission...

I have from close sources that the engine will be similar, however the turbos will be a Variable vein. We will have to wait and see. it is possiable it will be a 3.8 yet I hear that the 3.6 will be fitted. Hard to tell what is truth and what is not.
