Hi, dont know if anyone here has done it but how hard is it to make a 996 tt produce around 1000 crank bhp??? I know you will all say very hard. The thing that got me thinking about this is i went on to titans website and they offer gt3076 turbos that can make this power. So what would be involved? Asside from obvious pistons, rods, clutch, exhaust! Etc. Just a thought

also, what is max bhp on a stock motor and jow is it best achieved?

Stroker 3.8 w/ full motor build w/ cam and GT 35 turbos. While you are at it you might as well do headwork just to make sure you are putting down over 1K.

There are several different ways and it isn't so much the difficulty as it is the cost you are willing to incur.

haha dont know if anyone here has done it ? theres a handfull of cars here with 1000 bhp.
you dont need a 3.8ltr either.Markski made 990 whp without a 3.8

When? I know of a 9.79, but never heard of this 9.45.

correct i know of a 9.6 also.... the 9.5 is a new to me

What is the goal of your 1000 hp? Bragging rights, drag racing or just becuase you just want it...?

Telling the builders your purpose for the car should IMO be the first step...
