It is impressive what power diesels can produce when needed. Diesel engines are also quite beefy so high pressures are possible. I have seen modded turbodiesel pick up trucks running high 12's in the 1/4 at 6000 ft.

awesome video. that is a diesel that the porsche driver will never forget.
