Hey Tony, what about me? I've been trying to conctact you by email since the 18th. Yes, I tried calling too (Thursday).

 

I'd like to see Tony's daily call and email list. Tuners get so many calls and emails per day that it is a wonder they have time to actually work on cars at all.

The phone rings between 60-90 times daily and we fielded 1200+ emails last week. We do the best we can, but unfortunately occationally a communication does go missed.

Please keep in mind we are an active dyno shop. The dyno runs 75% of the day which doesn't lend well to phone communication.

yup, I figured as much. And those calls don't include long time customers who have your hotline number. If you were to add up all the time on phone and on emails helping and giving advice, your pay per hour would probably be $6.25

 

Heh, I have chased Tony some too but when I got him on the phone he was in no rush and was very helpful. I can appreciate the running around he does and the time spent just trying to answer questions - it's gotta' be a PITA but he manages to remain pleasant!

Now, I do still need a price response when you have some time Tony - no rush though as I'm sticking with an EBC for the moment as soon as I find another. ;-)
