I’d like to offer a sincere “thanks” to Dan Mermelstein at Vivid Racing. He endured numerous phone calls and questions from me about upgrades to my 996TT. When I finally decided to go with a relatively simple K16/16G turbo upgrade, he shipped me a pair at a great price. When the FedEx man decided to thrash the box and cause some minor damage during shipment, Dan offered to do what ever was necessary to make it right, including ordering and sending me (without cost) some additional hardware. Anymore it’s pretty rare to find an individual or company that truly stands behind their products and offers “service after the sale.” Dan went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied, and for that I am very grateful. I’ll be back when the non-communal secret bank account gets reloaded with a few more pennies. Thanks Dan . . .
