Thanks for that tip. It would really suck to have cloudy paint after paying the $$ for a CF hood!

I am in need of paint work which is why I am investigating.

That's the kind of difference I am looking for. Not really wanting to add hood pins either, so I figure if it is a good quality that it wouldn't be neccesary. I downloaded the Getty catalog and it is looking promising.
