Go back and read my reasons for being concerned about that issue... I use my street tires as BACKUP tires for if/when I cord a track tire at the track with time left at the track and no track tires available. My "street tires" have to be up to the task. Other guys here are in the same boat. Also, you've got the track bug, and WILL progress this coming year... As you improve, you should consider the tires you're running.

Well I guess we will have to agree to disagree on the logic here, cause I would have no problem using MPSC on the track and they had the same issue that weekend... But we all know they have many, many more days without issues.

Mike, the Bridgestone DE-11's are supposed to have great grip for double duty work.

U74sry is infamous around these parts
I always go to tirerack.com and reading the reviews of the tires, you will have sometimes 500 reviews on tire.
