I just would like to say HI as a new 996 owner and new to 6speed . I also would like to compliment you all on the web page . It's fast moving and very informative and this being my first Pcar it comes in handy . Just as my first question on the car , what would be a good first mod ?

Hi there - welcome to 6speed.

Regarding mods, either

1) clear side markers, or
2) supercharger/aerokit/PSS9's/Short-shifter/V1 hardwire installation/Reuss audio system

Anything inbetween, and we'll call you a wuss.

(I did the clear side markers, and I have a kidney on eBay for the next one)

Red with a black interior . Which seems to be the theme to all my vehicles including my company trucks / cars . Hopefully if I make it back to LI tomarrow i can take a few shots of it .

Darren , Great to hear from a fellow New Yorker . As for going broke modding the car I can see that becoming a problem in the future . But hey its all in fun !!
