I heard he never went up and therefore no one else went. However Brian H was in Livermore and showed up at the drag strip in his boxster. He was all alone as he expected everyone to show up. He called Alex and they returned his call after he was already in Sac telling them no one was coming.

I left a message to Alex giving him ****!! UNCOOL Alex!!! ;-)

 

Ah we were a no show guys... we were working away in the early hours of the morning installing an auxillary fuel pump but we just didn't have enough time so next week

PS Fred, Brian was already up in Sac visiting a lady so it's all good I called and told him the status. Too bad we couldn't get it going in time... Next weeked.

 

Hey Sharky, sounds good. can you have James get my car done by Monday. Also have him change the suspension/camber so I drive it on the highway. It's too agressive.

Hopefully Sharky will learn that if you Plan an Event and schedule meeting points, etc that if there are any changes in the event everyone should be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

Just because Brian had a girl he was visiting doesn't resolve him having had to drive to the track and not see anyone and find out after the fact that no one was showing up. He could have done other things. I do hope you contact Brian and apologize.

I made 3 runs,
first was 14.4,
second 14.5- with missing third,
third- 14.6 -after letting off due to clutch slipping
then- I left.

Time for a supercharger and clutch....
Maybe drag racing lessons too..... nahhhh

When are we going back to the track?????
