Odd question for the day - will a 36" x 8" x 8" object fit in the trunk?

Odd question for the day - will a 36" x 8" x 8" object fit in the trunk?

Hey folks. I've done searches and still am using different search terms but am not having much success. I realize the trunks aren't terribly useful to begin with but I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm whether or not something with these dimensions will fit or not? And if not, anyone know if the 997 trunks are larger?

Thanks

I tried fitting a body in there, it is too small... Unless you are killing midgets!

That just might work...

Heh - if I were interested in smuggling something, I'd be looking for less obvious places.

The "object" in question is just a very particular outdoor folding chair that my wife loves. Guess it will have to go in the back seat then.

Good to know about stowing midgets however.
