New turbo owner, any mods I'm missing?

Picking up my turbo tommorrow, piled up some parts waiting for it to get here. Car will see a lot of DD duty so going ***** out isn't on the menu yet, did I miss anything? So far in the pile and on the way is

AMS Billet K16s
AMS Fuel
EPL Tune
Agency Power Intercoolers
Agency Power Boost Hoses
EvoMS DVs
Fabspeed Intake
Straight Pipes
B&M Short Shifter
H&R Springs

Owner says car has a beefier clutch in it with a LWFW so well see how long it's holds up, any recommendations for when it gives out?

I'd put in some good coilovers instead of H&R springs

Congrats...

What year and color is your new TT? Wow, that is some list. I have had mine for about 3 years and haven't really done anything except change the tires and wheels. Would love to watch your progress as you build up your machine... There are some real TOP NOTCH experts on this forum. I am amazed at the vast knowledge these guys have. Throw up some pics of your new TT! Congrats....

deffinatley go with coilovers over springs , and as for a clutch i would go with a ats and will last you a long long time.

If you are thinking springs, I am guessing stree use, but I'd still +1 the coilovers instead of springs, and maybe some sway bars.

Also, upgraded motor mounts (e.g., Wevo 997SS) and transmission mounts to reduce drive train slop, especially if you are planning to put down some serious power.

I use to be a Porsche tech and me and the lead tech from my old dealer are teaming up to put the car together, he's forgot more information than I've learned so nothing we come across should be an issue.

I actually found the car of 6speed I put up an ad and the owner got ahold of me, it's a silver 01 with 50k on it, full service history no issues.

brain police is infamous around these parts
B & m

Congrats on the new purchase. I had initially installed aa B & M shifter, but found that it was a bit too stiff and actually degraded performance. I switched over to the 997 shifter, which has a shorter throw than the stock 996, and is much smoother. It's an inexpensive upgrade that will pay dividends given how often one shifts.

Haha, I read 'DD' and was like, "cool this guy's determined", then I saw the list and at the very end a little line HR springs. Unless you're drag racing you've started in the wrong end! But welcome anyway, it was a post asking what you missed so you'll get a lot of answers.

A set of coilovers is 101. Adjustable swaybars the next to get the car the way you want it with super simple wrech work out at the track between sessions.
Some good track brakepads is also useful to feel consistency in the brakes at all times

Have fun!
