With 10 gallons of Sunoco Blue GT and ready to rumble, the guy did not even call me. I waited at the Starbucks for 1/2 hour early Saturday, then went picked up the kids and the wife and went for a ride. I think the kids enjoyed it more than me.
I think I learned a valuable lesson here, talk is cheap.

This is pretty funny actually. You left him so fast, it looks like the Viper hit the brakes. How fast were you guys going at the start?
haha. you should absolutely destroy him by a soccer field. that is, assuming your car is making 800 HP. here is a video of my 800 HP GT2 on 93 pump gas running a 535 hp 3G Viper. I give him the jump..

dk996tt, your car and the video is awesome! It is 1 more reason I don't look for people to race. That had to be humiliating for the Viper. I'm not sure he got the stain out of his seat either.

LOL - I'm a crappy driver in a car WAY more capable than my abilities. I just never understood the posturing and preening by many exotic car drivers. I guess I don't feel the need to insist on respeck fo my mad skillz or feel it necessary to bow up around other alpha males.

the 430 owner is obviously not a knowledgeable car guy. The 430 is a great machine but it is no match for a tuned turbo much less a gt800. A friend of mine who owned a 430 got spanked real bad by a 996tt with only an off the shelf flash and exhaust.
Really, this isn't a race it is just a slaughter and you will do to it what DK did to the viper. but please do not insult anyones pride and joy. As a car lover I like all fast cars and there are few sounds more intoxicating than a ferrari at WOT
