Can one easily convert the driver and passenger seats?

I don't mean to swap them, because that would leave the controls for recline/etc on the inside. But really convert them by changing the controls etc...

i ask because I bet like my car, most of you have slighly worn drivers seats and almost new passenger seats...

 

I'm guessing you could possibly swap the seat covers and the foam internals.

I believe there is even a company (whose name conveniently escapes me) that offers rebuild kits to turn standard seats into the adaptive sports seats, so I'm sure this is possible.

 

Picking a lot of "people" up and dropping them off 15 minutes later, multiple times a night?
