yes he is and he's also willing to take time and help NON-CUSTOMERS, many of whom are on this board and have had issues. Instead of calling their guy, they call Kevin. A more knowledgeable all around porsche tuner/mechanic, there is not.
I believe the biggest difference is 60mm piping on the Stage 1, and 70mm piping on the Stage 2.
Would the Stage II quiet be quieter than the Stage I?
I'm not sure. My guess is that all "quiets" are the same in terms of sound.

I've got the SII Quiet and am very happy with it. As described many places, it's not all all loud at idle or low revs and make moderate noise at WOT. My favorite sound from it is the backpressure release from 5k rpms down to 3500. Makes the car sound like what it actually cost you.
