Love my 996TT, but I think I've had just about every common problem.

So far -
MAF x 2
Rads
Coils
Windows drop/door mech
Heat shield
Major service (not a fault in fairness)
4 x new tyres (as above)
Things cost me a fortune and only had it 6 x months.. You gotta pay to play I suppose

I have had all of these as well along with radiators! I think clutch would go under the general maintenance though.

They are. Modern Porsche's (at least CTT and 996 I own/owned) are tight and stellar in every aspect. The only problem I have with my 996tt is passenger side spolier ram leaks slighty. Up/down functions work ok but I occasionally get spolier failure in cluster.
