Do you guys get 'harassed' everytime you drive your car? (and other good car stories)

... and brake checking someone at highway speed doesn't put your life or the life of others in jeopardy??? Sorry but this stinks of hypocrisy.

You keep doing this brake check maneuver and some unskilled driver is going to turn you into a hood ornament.

There is only one thing I do out of rage once in a while at night when the tailgaters (preludes, mustangs, soccer-mom-vans, females driving the SUV BMW models, and many ford trucks) pop up at random.

Once I realize that they are in fact high-beaming me and that it's CLEAR it's not my speed or they are trying to pass... I hit the brake pretty hard...enough to the point where he/she has absolutely no choice but to pass - and then I get behind them - set my brights on and tailgate them for a minute or two.

Not sure what you mean by "break check" or "maneuver."

I am in the right lane going 70 in a 65. Car is behind me right on my butt with his beams on (once again in the right lane, ie, SLOW LANE)

Does anybody enjoy having a car tailgate you with their beams on when you are in the SLOW lane? I don't - and I simply can't move over to another "slow lane" because there are only two lanes! Over here, the right lane is the slow lane.

Oh, and just to clarify (not sure what you mean by brake check) but I think it's very much common sense (not sure how hard you tap your brakes to where it puts lives in jeopardy unless your porsche's brakes are 1000x more sensitive ) to tap it just enough so your brake lights light up in the back for a second, which, around here is like the universal sign for "Go ahead - Pass"

For bumper riding highbeamers, I like the drop a gear, hit the gas while giving the brake pedal just enough of a touch to light up the rear lights method. Really pisses them off as you're long gone before they even get to their gas pedal again.
