rh888888 is infamous around these partsrh888888 is infamous around these parts
The part number everyone sells is 99610603773 this is for a Turbo. My car calls for a 99610603775 and no one has it but the dealer. I don't know if it is because the car is an X50 or not. I just didn't want to chance buying on and it not fitting.

It's the same part and appears to be superceeded with a new part#.

When you do a search on www pelicanparts com for the *773 part number it tells you to use *775.

If I were you, I'd pocket the claim money since you filed it already. Buy the $300 part have an indy install it and take your wife/GF to dinner or just buy some mods.

The dealer has been very good to me over the years. There has been many times that they have not charged me for things. They said they would fight for me to get genuine Porsche parts. Although I do not feel obligated to use them I do feel it is the right thing to do. They did say that if I bought the parts on my own they would use them no problem.

Well I dicided not to claim the radiator for fear of a $1200 claim on my car's car fax. I felt it would have hurt the value of my car to much . I got the part from pelican. Thans for the tip.
