Now THIS is some suspension compression... The Corkscrew!
Haven driven at Laguna Seca for 15+ years, I always felt that when I was going over the top of the Corkscrew at full bore, the Car got really light, then as it landed, it felt like there were at least a couple of G's of load, if not more..
One of my friends managed to get a shot of my Car, just as it hit full compression AND just as I was getting back on the gas HARD... This is what it looks like !!! This is with 600 lb springs in front and 800 lb springs in rear. The Car is very close to touching the ground at various points...

I'm amazed that there's no rubbing from the tires being jammed so high up into the fender wells...
Here are a couple more Cars at the same point in the Corkscrew..
Here's Mikymu, or "Green Mike" as my Girlfriend Sarah calls him

I haven't been to Laguna Seca in a long time! That brings back some great memories! Nice pic of your car in the OP.

Yup.. Been going to Sears/Infineon for 15 years as well.. Sears will bite you hard if you screw up though.. Laguna is a bit more forgiving.... Turn 10 at Sears at 99% is a REAL tightener if you catch my drift..

I think that for my needs (Track and Street) I am going to stick with my 600/800 setup.. It doesn't seem to have any issues on the track, or seem too soft anywhere, yet it's fine for the street when I back my high-speed compression out ... The GT3 RS swaybars do a great job of keeping the Car flat in the corners...
So far, I think the 600/800 setup is spot on...

I have 650-850, thought about going up, but IMO this is perfect... The stiffer spring rate (wanted to do 1000) I think will upset the car more than help it when really blazing around a track.. These car's need some give and squat
