Can you remove the PCM2.0 Face Plate

I'd like to paint the faceplate. First, can this be removed without dismantling the whole unit? (Read that, break down into a few parts instead of a few hundred parts.) Second, does anyone have a link to a service manual that may show the disassembly process? I can get the unit out no problem, I'd just rather not do it to find out that the face cannot be removed. (I should've looked it over while it was out to see if there were just some mounting tabs, but I didn't.)
