red is the new silver
I try and dabble with Silver cars, but, they never look as good as black to me. I always drive black cars and guess I will continue to do so. BTW, I doubt red is the next silver, red turbos always bring $2-3k less money when trading in. Nothing against red, just the dealers always pay less for red.

Even when sparkly clean, black makes the car look undefined especially when in motion. Contours, body lines, shapes just don't show very well on black cars. Black is better on big cars like SUVs. But then comes the whole cleaning issue. I'd hate to maintain a black Escalade.
Not a fan at all. Red is definitely growing on me. Red with some bright silver, forged wheels. But silver is still #1. Straight classy and no 911 is boring.

I hope red is the new silver! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I was/am still not a big fan of red. My car is an exception and b/c I'm a computer spaz I can't post a picture here but have provided the link that shows it along with some other 6-speeder's rides:

Only cars I would consider in Red would be a Ferrari but even then my favorite Ferrari Combo is Pozzi Blue over Natrual or Creme leather.
