actually i never ran a quicker time with the 18g's.

Here is a 6.34s 60-130 pulled from a 1/4 mile run at TX2K10 on my 24/18g's.

Also, looking at your chart your incline is around 3% or so. Not 17%.
The weight including myself and one other was 3,730 lbs approx. It is the std tiptronic which was 1585kg + myself and another person. This was done at 1.3 bar on my set up and of course the ts (as described) should be higher with only myself in the car, and turning the boost up to 1.5 etc.

Yep, my mistake about the incline - you are right it is just under 3%. Need to find a decline like that.

Yep that is a good time.
So did you start that brake boost first or 2nd gear?
Did you leave it in D or change using M?

I can beat the 60-100 time, but at the moment I need to work on the 100-130 time.

Ken,

I had a 3000 rpm stall converter and the TCU reprogram. I would brake boost until 2900-3000 rpm in 1st gear in manual mode and let the car shift itself.

I pulled consistent 0-60 times of under 3s. 2.87 being the best. And I was RWD.

Its difficult for the tips to pull a better 100-130 because of that dreaded 3-4th gear shift.. That was the one thing that held me out of the 5's.

I have a 3.5k stall converter and the MKB tip upgraded box with TCU upgrade from MKB. It shifts at 0.2 seconds on all gears from what i can see on the charts.

Mine is AWD. Did you run with PSM off?

If I recall correct 3-4 gear change on manual is not automatic - you need to change? Todd K has programmed by ECU to allow 7300rpm in 3rd-5th, but retained the 6750shift in 1st and 2nd. However I must check, because I presume that the TCU needs to be upgraded to match that.

The problem is that I have gone from a car having may 500 at the crank to god knows what. I am too busy just looking at the road to check about what I am shifting at

I need to start losing some weight off my car!

Staff@RPM is infamous around these parts
NHRA stopped using trap speed to calculate horsepower a while ago and started using ET. I would guess that only works on drag cars though that hook and make full use of the power and would be no good for a street car that spins the tire. Moroso used to sell (I'm sure that they still do) a sliding ruler that would calculate all this for you.

3rd to 4th is still automatic. The TCU needs to be reprogrammed to match what Todd has changed in the ECU.

At the track I ran with PSM off. On the street, it's a different story.

Yes, drop the weight and you'll be hard to beat at the track.

Thanks for that. That was at 1.3 bar with 5% gain and no SET BOOST. So I have good room to crank those figures up - will try 1.4 and 1.5 this weekend.

Scott, what does your spreadsheet say for 3730lbs, 134.20mph @ 10.9 (I took off the 0.2 as you had suggested) I ran this @ 1.3bar
