This is the dyno from EPL of my car:

You can see how it starts to fall off on the high end. This isnt the turbos fault, they are hungry turbos and require more air to be feed to them, the stock piping just is not big enough.

Looks like the 3071s suffer the same high rpm die off on the dyno that Vinces car has...

Are the Tial Alpha series the only dual ball bearing turbos that will bolt up to the stock headers? Are the A28s the smallest in this lineup? I'd prefer a smaller compressor wheel based on the same turbo. Something that would spool even quicker than A28s and not require supporting mods beyond fuel injectors to take advantage of the turbos.

The old hybrid Gt 28, ball bearing turbos w/ a K 16 hotside. Absolutely no lag although they die out up top.

Perfect track turbo and can be run w/ just a 5 bar.

Anything hybrid (GT28s or "billet" 16s) pairing up with a K16 is obsolete when compared to the Tial Alphas.

I should have just gone to the Tial website where they list just the A28s and A30s. Be nice if they offered some A26s. Expensive for what you get though.

not true, they are cheaper than any other turbos out there beside 24/18g, 25/20g etc. because they work with your stock headers
