NGK BKR7E. I try to change them every 5k miles or so. I don't even put 5k a year on the car...

I take it that this is a copper plug and not iridium?

which of this two can read knocking sensors from all the banks separately ??

I don't know which one of them, but EPL can log individual cylinder knock.
