So my car came with an old school Pioneer single din non touchscreen flip up screen. I want to replace it with something new and easier to use. I want a subtle looking CD receiver. It seems like everything on the market is glossy black with bright blue light up buttons. Is there anything that looks closer to OEM? I almost feel like I need to find an OEM unit to put back in. Nothing looks like it fits in. Any suggestions?

Im using an alpine, can change the color to red, matches interior lights better.
