is this an option too, to write "turbo" on the gauges?!

mine doesn't have it.

Could of it been an aftermarket white dial kit installed from previous Owner? I've seen aftermarket advertised without Turbo lettering?

The "turbo S" script is factory on tach of S models. (2005) Not sure about that though.

I picked up my AL-look gauge faces from NR Auto, where they have the turbo script in the center tach gauge as you see above...

Alex, mine is the same as yours...white faces without the Turbo script. And it is definitely not aftermarket.

my 04 came with white gauges with the turbo in script on the tack..

Same as mine, I was looking to change to white, the set I was looking at had no turbo on it, when I inquired about it they said yes but it would still fit and work?? I stayed with the black.

Did you buy your car new?
Okay, no, but the white gauges were on the option sheet and seeing as how absolutely stock the car was when I got it, I would be surprised if they had been switched out.

Starting in 2004, the turbo script on the tach was standard.....I have an '01.....but LOVED the look, so I bought a non-functional 2004 cluster on e-bay and did a transplant. It was pretty easy.

Strange Alex, I never wear my reading glasses when I drive and I just realized there is something written on my gauges but cannot read it.....
