yep it kinda sounds you opened the window, not a real crisp sound like before but way better the a nothing sound. my old dvs almost chirped after a shift, that sound disappeared when i replaced the oem pipeing to the turbos with evo stuff it made a great hp increase but no woosh

Steve,

I bet it sounds good. Do you notice any performance difference? As I understand it, bleeding off metered air like that changes the AFR to a richer mixture vs. what the computer is anticipating. Just wondering if you felt any difference?

Should not effect if you do not adjust too much to air. I had mine for a while (diff brand but same function), no check engine light and no loosing power, only .

Has any one tried removing one of the d/v's and fitting a vent to atmosphere valve with a stiffer spring, this should force the majority of the air to recirc but still vent a little giving the noise.

On the old F pipe what is the diameter of the inlet from the old DV, i have access to a lathe at work so may turn down a stainless plug for it and try replacing one of my recirc valves for a Bailey piston DV i have lying off my old car that ran 2.3 bar of boost.

thats an agency power bov, correct? I have the same one, even the same color but mine didn't come with the little cone/horn at the end.
It is threaded and did come with a threaded plug to make it 100% recycled. But did you make your own horn or did I not recieve a part?
