am thinkin about smoked tail lites on my white car any one close to sacto who smokes em ???

if anything, i would only smoke the clear half of the taillight.

 

thats what i was thnking... was skeeming on some 07 tail lite but am told they will noy fit (they are all red as i remember

 

I wouldnt do anything on a white unless you do a light smoke. Upper only looks great on a black car, but on a lighter car it looks home-made.

I did the upper half of mine in black and didn't like it, tried the whole light and still didnt like it. I stripped it all off and went red on the whole lense.

I really dig the look.

takes a bit of guts for me to sprayem but why not guess i'll hit the model shop for lens paint. your sure look good!!!

 

The painting process is reversable by sanding the paint layer off and applying just clear coat. It is a much simpler overall process if you leave a sliver unpainted in the reverse lamp area.
