Do people actually use the rear wipers on the TT's. Can't you order the new ones with out it. Hmm..

ah, they told me that these cars just got off the truck today. I guess they were in line to get inspected before sent off to customers. Coupe had the regular turbo wheels and cab had the center nut wheels. Can't say I don't like the regular wheels but I think the center lock looked more special. Coupe had red interior and cab had black/white and both looked awesome. There were new Cayennes also and I liked the rear more than how they looked in the picture. Interior resembles Panamera and it's a very good thing.

 

There is a thread around here about a mod for this. Search "wiper delete" I think and you might find it. It's a DIY fixer, and I haven't done it, but I want to. I think the car would look a lot cleaner without that silly rear windshield wiper that no one ever uses.

 

Wiper delete is a little different on the 997TT than the 996TT. I think Eric (BumperPlugs) has a piece to fit the 996...not sure about the 997.

 

I would've taken the left but it's got a rear wiper......
